2.3. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3.1. All prices displayed on our website are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

3.2. Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by pricing adjustments.

3.3. While we strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, Jade Gone Golden reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and cancel or amend affected orders where necessary.

4.2. Full payment must be received before an order can be processed and dispatched.

5.1. We currently deliver within South Africa. Delivery costs and estimated shipping times will be shown during checkout.

5.2. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

5.3. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Jade Gone Golden cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

6.2. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at jadegonegolden@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photographs and order details.

6.3. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 business days after the item has been reviewed and assessed.

7.1. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been placed and processed, except in limited circumstances approved by Jade Gone Golden.

7.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing jadegonegolden@gmail.com.

7.3. If a cancellation request is approved, any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days.
