At Jade Gone Golden, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
2. Return Eligibility
You may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product in your order.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Requesting a Return or Refund

- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the next steps for returning the item.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Items that do not meet the return requirements may not qualify for a refund.
